Before any building works can begin, Darren will need to attend site to discuss your project with you and view the plans.  If you have not had any drawings done, Darren will put you in touch with one of his architectural contacts.  You can expect to receive your tailored estimate within two weeks of the site visit, providing the drawings have been made available.
